SAP Sales & Service Cloud is a particularly good fit for mid-sized companies that want to professionalize their sales and customer service – without overly complex CRM projects. Does any of this sound familiar?

  • 01

Your sales team still works with Excel or isolated tools

Leads, quotations and customer data are scattered across systems, and your team loses time on manual upkeep instead of closing deals.

  • 02

You want to connect your sales operation with your ERP

You use SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud ERP and want sales data and ERP data to work together seamlessly.

  • 03

You are looking for a CRM solution that grows with your company

Not an oversized system that overwhelms you, but a solution with a clear efficiency gain that you can implement today and extend tomorrow.

  • 04

You want predictable costs and timelines

A CRM project should not be a black box. You expect clear parameters – from the first analysis through to go-live.

Four steps to SAP Sales & Service Cloud

A CRM implementation does not have to be a major project. With our structured approach, you know from the outset what happens when – and what it costs. Projects start from €10,560 in professional services fees (plus licensing costs). Typical project durations range from three to six months.

  • Phase 1:

    Analysis & concept

We get to know your sales processes and define the scope together: which processes will we map? Which integrations are needed? What is standard, and what requires customizing?

  • Phase 2:

    Configuration & customizing

Setup of SAP Sales & Service Cloud on a best-practice basis – including a user and authorization concept, data migration and optional integration with SAP Business One.

  • Phase 3:

    Training & testing

Key user and admin training following the train-the-trainer principle. Joint testing of your processes before going live.

  • Phase 4:

    Go-live & support

Frequently asked questions about SAP Sales & Service Cloud

Is SAP Sales & Service Cloud suitable for a company of our size?

SAP Sales & Service Cloud is suitable for smaller mid-sized companies too – the minimum purchase is 10 licenses. The solution is a good fit for companies that want to introduce structured sales processes without implementing an overly complex CRM system. If you are unsure whether the solution fits your business, that is exactly what we clarify in an initial conversation.

What does an SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation cost?

Implementation costs depend on the scope. A Starter package – standard sales process, data migration, training – starts at €10,560 in professional services fees. The Customizing package with individual workflows and extended integration starts at €23,760. Licensing costs are additional and are calculated individually. The interface to SAP Business One can optionally be added from €12,540 one-off.

What is the difference between the Starter and Customizing packages?

The Starter package implements the standard sales process on an SAP best-practice basis – fast and predictable. The Customizing package goes a step further: custom fields, workflows, logic and process flows are tailored specifically to your company. Which package fits is something we clarify in the initial conversation.

Can SAP Sales & Service Cloud be connected to SAP Business One or SAP Cloud ERP?

Yes – and this is one of PART's core USPs. We offer our own bidirectional interface to SAP Business One, already in productive use at customer sites. Sales data and ERP data stay in sync, and custom fields are transferred in real time. Integration with SAP Cloud ERP is also possible.

How long does an implementation take?

The Starter package is typically productive in around three months. The Customizing package usually runs for six months. The precise schedule is defined together with you during the analysis phase.

How do I recognize a good SAP implementation partner?

The honest answer: ask about industry experience, not about company size. A large consultancy has many projects, but not necessarily experience with the specific requirements of mid-sized companies. At PART, you have dedicated contacts who know SAP projects from years of hands-on practice. No rotating consultant teams, no learning your industry at your expense. Beyond that, SAP partner status is a reliable mark of quality.
