The basis of process optimization is a process oriented consideration of all operational procedures. Business procedures have to be recorded and evaluated across all departments. From development to production, administration as well as sales and procurement: all procedures have to be critically examined. Based on industries and/or solution templates, guidelines of new business processes can be developed quickly.
